As you can see, each exercise alternates between chest and biceps - while I am working biceps, the chest is recovering from the previous move, and vice-versa. You will also notice the rep ranges are generally quite varied, this is to put the muscles through different types of stress and make them as adaptable as possible!
The last two exercises are to ensure I don't get away from this workout lightly - both will ensure that you are fatigued to the limit when you finish! For the 5 sets of 5 I make sure that I am lifting as heavy as I can, the last rep is a tough squeeze each time - I can always make it a notch heavier or lighter to land on 5 each time.
A final tip you won't see on the session summary, is stretching between each set! This allows more blood into the working muscles during your exercises for maximum benefit, and also ensures that your muscles are flexible as well as strong, and prevent your body from becoming restricted with increased exercise!
